Bob McMahon, MBA, CFP®
Personal Wealth Manager
Acknowledged by Seattle Magazine as a Five Star Wealth Manager*
Born in Windsor, Ontario, Bob came to the U.S. to do what his heart told him—to use his MBA creatively and live the life he had dreamed. So, not only has he explored Puget Sound by boat and climbed Oregon’s Mt. Hood, but he has also become a financial advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner.
After helping restore a friend’s family business to profitability, Bob realized that his financial expertise and organizational skills would best be used helping other small business owners and their families pursue financial independence. Today, he’s found the most satisfying work of all.
Bob’s international background and direct experience running a small business make him an advisor of choice for entrepreneurs. He has worked 70-hour weeks and faced the same day-to-day and year-to-year pressures. He has a business owner’s insight, yet he also is able to stand back objectively and alert his clients to the big picture.
Bob is active in the Economic Alliance Snohomish County. In addition, Bob serves on the Edmonds School District Career & Technical Advisory Committee and is a judge for the Edmonds School District's DECA competition. He also serves his community through Volunteers of America Western Washington, Edmonds Public Schools Foundation, and various other charitable organizations.
Bob lives in Edmonds, Washington, with his wife, Mary Jean, and daughter, Kellyn. They are active in their local church, and Bob serves with both the music and children's ministries. He is an avid hockey player and also enjoys playing guitar.

Ryan Sant, CFP®
Personal Wealth Manager
Ryan was born and raised in the greater Seattle area. Seeking adventure, he spent two years as a missionary in the Philippines before college. The experience illuminated the importance of service to others. He also learned to speak fluent Tagalog!
Attending Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, Ryan studied biology and business management. He returned to the Northwest after graduation and started a career with the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife Police. His time in law enforcement taught him it was not his calling; instead, he was driven to employ his business acumen and seek new opportunities.
Later, Ryan became an insurance agent for a nationwide company. It was there he learned that he wanted to spend his time educating clients to make prudent financial decisions to help them prepare for retirement. This desire led him to join Edward Jones as a financial advisor, building his Marysville practice from the ground up. Years later, in 2017, the chance to partner with Bob McMahon, DBA Premier Wealth Washington, offered an opportunity to grow professionally in ways he never thought possible while providing his clients with the highest level of service.
Ryan and his wife, Ashley, live in Lake Stevens with their three children: Zach, Quin, and Charlee. The kids are actively involved in sports and scouting. When not at home, you can usually find the family outside enjoying nature—they love to crab, clam, and fish.

Integrity Insurance and Financial
Although Mike's goal on the links is to score below par, in every other aspect of his life, he aims high. A graduate of the University of Washington, he catapulted to a position as a top producer in property/casualty, life, and disability insurance with Country Companies.
Mike, his partner Craig Robinson, and several others realized that many of their clients could not adequately be served using only the products offered by a single insurance company. In 2003, they left to form an independent firm so that they could have the tools to pursue the best possible coverage at the most reasonable terms for their clients.
Mike added an additional club to his bag by teaming up with Premier Wealth Washington in 2005. Mike's clients now have access to uncommon insurance solutions, as well as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, other securities, and financial planning expertise through the Advisors of Premier Wealth Washington.
Mike and his wife, Helen, live on the Harbor Point golf course in Mukilteo with their son, Austin. He is actively involved in the community and serves on the Mukilteo YMCA board of directors. In addition to golf, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and is a regular on the sidelines at Austin's baseball games.
